Postage and Packing
Postage and packing will be charged at a flat rate of £1.50 per order.
For all overseas orders, please Contact us for details of delivery rates.
We will endeavour to dispatch in-stock items within 2 working days of a cleared payment being received. We will contact you whenever possible if there are any anticipated delays.
Returns
If you change your mind, in-stock items may be exchanged or refunded within 7 days of delivery, provided that they are returned to us in a saleable condition. Saleable condition being unwashed, unworn and in its original packaging with labels. We will happliy refund the cost of the items returned, but the customer must pay for return postage costs. We will not refund the cost of the return postage. It is strongly recommended that you obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office, so if the parcel fails to reach us, you can claim compensation from the Royal Mail. We also strongly advise that you use Recorded Delivery.
Despite our best efforts to check our creations before we dispatch, if an item received turns out to be faulty, we will happily refund the cost of the item, including return postage costs. We will need a certificate of posting to be able to do this, and we also ask that you use Recorded Delivery. Recorded Delivery will safeguard you in the event of the item not reaching us and will enable you to claim compensation from the Royal Mail.
When returning any item, please contact us via e-mail at Contact us to let us know that an item is on its way and tell us the reason for the return, be it that it's faulty or just no longer required. Please include the order number, a description of the item (and the fault if applicable) and your details so we know who to refund! We cannot give a refund for items not received, so please send by recorded delivery if possible.
